At Shirts with a Cause we stand by the quality of every product we sell and pride ourselves on our customer service. To that end, we want you to enjoy your purchases from us! If you would like to exchange or return any of our products for any reason or are unhappy with an item you’ve received, please review our policies below 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges on unworn and unwashed items may be made at any time for another item of equal value or store credit. Please be able to provide your original purchase receipt or gift receipt. In the event you do not have your receipt, we will credit you the current selling price of the item.   

For online orders

• You may exchange an unworn and unwashed item by contacting us by email sales@shirtswithacause.com
  You can exchange up to 15 days of receipt of merchandise.

RETURNS

If for whatever reason you want to return your purchase, we'd be happy to help you out. You may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the price of the product. While we do supply free return shipping for online orders, we cannot refund original shipping charges unless a defective product was received or a shipping error occurred. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. After the 30-day window, items can be exchanged for another item of equal value or for store credit. Funds will be returned in the same form of original purchase. If you are returning an item with a gift receipt, we will issue store credit.
